They're swollen but that's usual post rade. A day or two and they'll be back. I gave myself seven days off of running and much walking before I start prep for June race

No, that is the propane heater just outside of the hot tub. Keeps the surrounding warm, if necessary.I thought that was a big wine glass

It's all in the pedals. Oversteer and control it and when you hit apex, gas on.You will have to teach me how to drift like that!
