Just the jumble of words in different words as I work to form a sentence in one language as I wrestle with vocabulary and grammar intracrisies get me.

Are you going to be able to effectively recover then train up for the new race in that time frame? That is not an insignificant distance my friend.

I've done these two in the same year before.... Only difference was last year I did the 350 mile June race and this will be 400 but I'm not so worried about that part.

I would think it would assist in recovery. I would consider hydrotherapy as well.

Yes and German is actually worse with grammar being so challenging as well.
