It's time for me to be a good wife and start making dinner.

On tonight's menu...

Grilled chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and sauteed in a green tomatillo and habanero sauce. Served on a bed of butterered wild rice and a small garden salad.

For dessert?

Oooh tomatillo. I never did get that tomatillo plant. Time to go plant shopping. BTW how's the torta ahogada recipe coming along?

I don't have that much energy to prep much tonight. I am going to make stuffed peppers and figure out the rest .... maybe.
