First coffee back from my trip. A nice little classic rosetta with Marimbus beans from Market Lane. Tastes of soft caramel and smoky dark chocolate.

Brought back these beans from the Blue Mountains (a roaster called Fidelity) after the race. Gorgeous peach co-ferment. Tastes of white peach, toasted chestnut. When it cools down, there are notes of mandarin and yellow nectarine.

Birthday pour turned out very wispy. I like how it blooms out. Good contrast. Coffee is the Loma blend from a local roaster called The Reformatory Caffeine Lab.
