It is all 100% dependant on the type of relationship you have at work but I tend to stay in your approach. Lol I keep my head down and clock in do my thing the best I can and clock out.My last annual evaluation, I just smiled and stayed quiet. I'm not one to rock the boat at work. Especially when my boss was telling me my work over the last year was satisfactory. Lol
They have this thing here where the management "rounds" with their subordinates. I appreciate the reasoning behind keep I finger on the pulse of your workers morale and general mental well-being but what happens after I clock out is my business just the same as what happens on the clock is not discussed at home lol. My answer to them is always "fine. I'm fine. Everything is fine. "
