OH - that reminds me!!! I totally forgot I was going to share the brownie recipe I use
I double the frosting and keep it in a container on the side (sometimes you just need a spoonful of frosting)
DO NOT overbake

Soooo on another thread I was talking about pavlova.
You ladies are all much better bakers than me but I do make a decent pavlova so happy to add that to my menu

I use her cookbook. It's fabulous.

Thanks to her, I was able to make a flapjack. All of the other recipes I tried fell apart into delicious crumbles.
