Ravens eyes fluttered as she had a nightmare-less night and she looked up at Xavier. A smile came across her face as her eyes caught his and her hand ran up his bare chest. "morning my love" she said softly with a still raspy voice. Her eyes danced up at him with a new light. "Can we go on a date tonight?" she questioned as she looked at him, her love beaming from her eyes the same way she had after their first night they had made love.
"Perhaps a carriage ride, some Italian, some music in the park?" she looked at his hesitation. "Its time Xav, that i get out and try the world back on. As much as i could stay in your arms and in our bed for the rest of our lives. Xavier had been awake for a few more moments and smiled softly as he looked down at the girl as she slowly woke up. When he listened to the things that she had said he blinked slightly. Raven shook her head no, and slowly rose from the toilet. She went to the sink and washed out her mouth an entered the shower. She opened the door to where Xavier was standing nearest as a signal for him to join her. Turning on the shower she let the hot water beat over her.

Xavier smiled softly and then shook his head. He really wasn't sure this was what the girl wanted, but if she wanted him to do it, he wouldn't worry. He had been about to thank her for not throwing up in his lap, which really would have been a downer, but he supposed that thanking her for something like that really wasn't the best of ideas.

When she turned around to look into his eyes, he smiled softly and kissed her back when she kissed him. You protected me the only way you could, if i had bit you again, i would have killed you, an then you wouldn't have been able to come for me at all." tears came from her eyes as she thought about how she came close to killing him, how could she have lived without him. It was obvious she wouldn't. Eventually Marcus would have slipped up and she'd have killed the rest of them. She then would have walked into the sunlight and killed herself.

Xavier frowned slightly, "But if we take a step outside, eventually you will be ready to take a step outside without me...soon enough you won't need me around you all of the time..." He pulled her a little bit closer now and brought his head forward, resting his chin against her shoulder, "I worry about that for obvious reasons. I don't want you slipping through my fingers or trying to do things on your own that you need me around for." He smiled softly, "And I wasn't as close to dead as you thought I was. I would have passed out before I had died, and I didn't get that far."

"Xav, if you wanted a pet you would have got a mindless drone. I told you i won't go out alone until you give me your approval to do so. I can't imagine spending a moment away from you. But its not healthy for us to stay cooped up like recluses. I'm in need of a little romance from my fiance', a reminder of our second date, the date that made me realize you were the only man for me. Xavier kissed her back for a few moments while the thoughts of what she had just told him twisted and spun around in his head. Was that what he really wanted? He wanted her to act like a helpless little human girl and remain attached to his leg at all times? Really, the idea of her attached to his leg and relying on him wasn't so bad. He could accept that, at least for a little while, but if he did that, would she still be the person that she had been? Really, a more important question going through his mind was, would she ever be the person that she had been now that the incident had happened. She had been through a life changing event, and there was no telling if she was ever going to recover from that, and even if she did, there was no telling if she was still going to be the same person, or if she was going to jump at every single noise, and every single shadow.

He closed his eyes and broke the kiss slowly, and reluctantly. He looked up into her eyes for a few more moments and then spoke in his calm voice, but hidden in it somewhere was the sound of something else that was hard to identify, "The entire incident happed because I trained you. If I had denied you training you never would have left the house, and never gotten into the situation with that man." He brought his eyes upwards looking into her eyes, "I gave you a false sense of security by giving you a single lesson in training. I'm...I'm not sure that I'm ready to start your training again, at least not just yet, but I'll do something else. We can do something else, how does that sound? I'll...I'll take you on a date or two, get you used to the outside world again, since that is what you want."

Raven shook her head "no, i had it made up in my head before that lesson i would kill him. I knew that i needed training, and i knew i was not ready to face him. But the mixture of hormones and emotions is what clouded these thoughts. All i knew was he had to die."
she sighed softly "But i will not ask you to train me again, until you feel comfortable doing so. I will stay by your side until you feel comfortable other wise, and yes my love i desperately wish to be on your arm in public again. But one day at a time." She then kissed him again pressing herself against him,

He brought his hands up slowly, again, letting her slide down to rest properly on her feet again. He smiled as he looked into her eyes for a few more moments. He then closed his eyes and pulled her closer, "I will take you out if it is really what you want. I can't really say that I want you to recover if I don't help you." He smiled and leaned forward and kissed her on the lips for a few moments, enjoying the feel of her lips against his.
