The Darker Side of Nothing.

"I don't. . . I never understood how. . ." she said. She turned and looked at him. "I've never. . . never wondered. . . until now. . ."

(Alright)

"Your scent... The feel of your soft skin... Your laugh... the soft press of your body to mine." He shuddered backing away slightly, trying to gain his composure.

She pressed into him again. "That makes sense," she says quietly. She blushed a little bit. "You see, I'm. . . ." She looked for a delicate way to tell him.

He tried not to let her know what her touch was currently doing to him. He smiled and held her close. "Tell me love."

"I've. . . never been with a man before," she confessed, blushing even more, but relaxing into him as she told him, feeling relieved.

Nodded softly and held her. His body shivering slightly and his teeth biting his lip.
"That's nothing to be ashamed of."

"Among my kin, it is," she said softly, shivering herself. She looked up at him, biting his lip. "Please. . . be my first," she whispered.

His body nearly grew limp. He turned away from her his breath catching. He shook his head slowly.
"I can't risk it..." Just the touch of her teeth to his lip, made his body want so badly to fuck her, and rip.open her chest... Devouring her still beating heart.

"Please," she whispered. "I know how to help, trust me. I trust you, I wouldn't ask you otherwise, love." Her heart was beating fast.

Angus awoke from the insane nightmare with her asleep in his arms, his heart pounded inside his chest heaving as he catches his breath. Slowly without waking her he slipped out from beneath the Fury, throwing on his clothes quickly and as quietly as he possibly could. After a nightmare that could clearly be seen as a foretelling of what may come, Angus knew better to take any further chances with a Fury leaving while he still could.

He was out the door of the room headed down stairs, avoiding the weakened forth step deftly grabs his black cloak donning it. Stepping out the Tavern door Angus headed for the stable at a quick pace to gather his horse, paying the stable owner as he saddled mounting his black stallion. Reigning in the spirited steed spurred it on with his heels in the stirrups, trotting out the stable door, slapping the horse on each side with the reigns Angus raced out of sight and was gone for good.

(If you wanted out of the RP with me you could have said so...not by trying to murder my character)

(I didn't want out.. I was adding to the story line. Never mind... I give up I can't do anything right and I'm done trying... sorry Wolfie. I'll go okay?)

He closed his eyes and sighed, his form fading from her embrace.
"I cannot trust myself."
His form flickered until he was gone.

Angus rode hard for the Golden City and didn't look back, being something meal was not his idea of an equal relationship. Hopefully he'd have the good fortune to meet a Werecat someday, but for now he was just going to avoid Females for quite awhile. Work...that's it Angus thought to himself a jobs what I need, seeing the gates of the Golden City he slows to a modest gallop.

"Blithe?" She called out, before returning to her bedroom, forlorn, dressed in a simple cream dresss, and crawled in bed, wrapping her arms around her body and falling asleep.

When she opened her eyes, her heart was ravished with loneliness. Biting her lip she looked down, chills covering her. She pulled the blanket over her form and wept in silence. Her chest tightened, and she held her breath.

After an hour passed, she rose up slowly. Clothing herself she walked down the flight of stairs. Her form numb. Her little feet padded across the old wooden floor, until she reached the door. Gently she pushed the door open, and stepped through. His voice echoed hollowly through her head, and she accepted the fate of loneliness.

The golden gates, riddled with age opened slowly before him. The once glimmering city lie in waste and ruin. A dark emptiness had settled there, its once beautiful streets were filled with decay, they forsaken by an unforgiving king.

Wrapping his form around her gently, his and her body never touching. His soft grey eyes watched her sleep in silence. Soon he too closed his eyes.

He waded through the unforgiving darkness, searching for her dreams, if tonight she presented him with any at all.
Sighing in his lonely way he formed a thought in her head, one that was his own. In that thought he placed a long dimly lit hallway. All along the floor rested white rose pedals. The walls glistened from years of water running through the old stone's pores. At the end of this hall rested a pedestal, on its surface laid one red, red rose. The petals never wilting. A note, bound to its thorns read.

"For my love,
My heart shall beat for you, until the last petal falls."

He would back away from her now, their minds separating gradually.
Their thoughts became separate, and he hoped she would find the thought he formed in her lonely mind, with his thudding heart.

He would rise from the bed, and rest on the night table a red and white tiger striped rose. Its petal's surface dipped and preserved for an eternity in glass. Although is pollen and nectar could not be reached, its scent radiated, sweeter than any smelled before.

Kissing her cheek softly, he retired to his own room, to pillage others dreams for a night.

She woke up a few hours later and smiled at the dream and the rose on her nightstand. Picking up the tube, she twirled it in her fingers.

He tossed foodlessly through the night. His body craving aching for a meal, but around him none slept.

She fell back asleep, her body exhausted, even though her mind was racing. She fell into a fitfull, dream filled sleep.

He could sense her dreams, and his hunger grew. Quietly he placed over her mind a calm, and took from her dreams.. He replaced them with memories he searched through of her father, so they were still her own.

She woke up the next morning and went into the kitchen to find something to eat and smiled as she passed his room. Gnawing on a piece of bread, she was soon ready for the day, except for changing her eye color.

Angus reigned Midnight is a his steed rears snorting it's nervousness at his owners unease. ''This Can't be he told himself out loud...It was a shining city despite it's wicked King.'' Shaking his head rubbing his steely eyes only to behold the same desolate ruins, thinking back to the Fury what spell had that dark creature put upon him?

He was not going to question his sanity a Werewolf like he, was strong enough to survive their stare. Spitting his disgust upon the ground for demented Kings whims for destroying great cities, wheeling his steed about gallops away from this accused place. Face set with a grim expression, eyes like burnished steel reflecting fire. Those that gazed at this black clad horsemen stepped out of the way, tonight was the night of the full moon the farther away from people the better.

The Forest where animals were not to be hunted by anyone, that's the destination where he could be just another Wolf. At least for one night each moon cycle his wolf could run free, a few more miles it would not be that much further to travel. At one point along the way lay a stable Midnight could be kept, Angus had fellow blacksmith friend a Minotaur by name of Claudius would care for his stallion awhile.

Claudius had a Fawn by name of Tawny for a wife who was very pregnant at the moment, squeals Angus waddling forward to embrace him around the neck. ''Claudius said you'd be coming soon.'' He hugs the little Fawn and she's quickly fussing over Angus to sit and eat. Claudius entered his modest home with a snort grins hugging Angus. ''Greetings you ole' wolf...you look like you need a cup of mead.''

Angus took the cup with a grim fanged smile as his eyes were those of a wolf. ''Aye...ye be right.'' Taking a drink Tawny served him a large bowl of rich vegetable stew and bread, which Angus wolfed down hungrily. The Minotaur and Fawn friend ate with Angus knowing the moon would call him soon, he steps outside undressed with a painful howl his body twisted into that of a great black wolf and he lopes into the night.

Waking slowly he would stand from his bed. Changing quickly into nearly the same attire he would sigh.

Walking from his room he would make his way to the kitchen. Thinking for a moment, he would rustle around in the fridge. Finding what he wanted he would begin making the violet eyed beauty an omelet.
