Savage Kitten, were I a Floridian and privy to the coming gathering there, I might be able to attest to that undeniable fact. As it stands I am left to my own devices.

As to the poem -- do we post that here also? As in, do I post the first stanza in a message here and then wicked adds to it here? Or do we work on it, send it around, and then post it in its entirety?

Drake no one posts the poem. It is passed on to each team member by PM. You are first in your group so you will PM it to REDWAVE who will add his stanza and PM it to WickedEve. Wicked will add her stanza and then (under the team name) submit the poem to the new poems list at the stated time. With the exception of the final member of each team no one will see the entire poems until they make the list. I am asking the last member to not revel or post the finished poems before they are visible on the new poem's list.

All titles will be posted Sunday. It would appear fate has been kind to your team. Ahhh but the pressures of high expectations I suggest you watch out for the sleepers. Ultimately the votes will decide the most popular. As to the best, well that is subjective of course. Though as new poems on the list all are available to artistic scrutiny WickedEve and other may have their hands full.

Mmmm or maybe something like 3000 words total length, but each author does 500 words at a time. So it would go around twice. just a thought... I'm sure there a many different ways to make it work. Could do several different types in fact... short and descriptive, medium lenght with more story and character development, and maybe a marathon type story. Like I said, just some ideas.

I do have to admit to being a bit confused by the whole Team Name/Password deal - it actually sounds more confusing then helpful - but I'm willing to try it - however my preference (personally) would just be to post under my own name instead of having to log in and out in order to respond to questions...

Keep in mind, you're not 21 people. You are (7) teams. Each team is one voice. Dillinger, if you respond under your name in a thread about the poems, readers will have to recall which team and poem you were apart of. If you sign on under your group and respond this way, the reader will be able to more easily recall the poem. Also this should allow conversations to be grouped together by team and make the threads easier to follow and navigate.


Everyone I want to be sure your following the idea. I take it from the lack of pm's I have received everything is fine. I want to make clear that the poems once finnished are not being posted into a thread on the forum. They are being submitted as a poem to the site. Once they make their way to the new poems list members will be able to vote on them as they do any other poem.

If I am understanding correctly, the Bad2Verse team will have its own thread, but instead of each team member posting comments to the thread, each member - using their password - will 'edit' questions and comments onto the single post of the Bad2Verse thread. Is that correct UM? or, Will each team have its own post on this thread, and then 'edit' in their comments? Can erosman start that thread, or post for Bad2Verse? or, Will that be provided by the moderator?

I will post a comment thread for each team. But first we have to wait until we can see the finished poem.

Well now Redwave... if we have the same title then you should realize that the title we were sent could have two different meanings depending on how you pronounce it... now do I have a choice as to which meaning I decide to use or did UP have a particular meaning in mind?
