I'm not much for racing games. I can barely sit through Grand Turismo II but give me a sword and armor and I'm ready for anything

Oh sabbath, this is NOT A RACING game.
It has some race aspects, but it is so much more. If you have a PS2 get it for that, but it is also available for PC. Ultra violent and hella fun, one of the best games I have ever played. I never get bored with shooting and running people over.

Anything with cars really isn't for me. I've seen the ads for it but they never really grabbed my attention. I guess I'm just an RPG geek

How old is she? How far along is her piano? I started teaching myself in grade school, and it's one of my favorite things to do.

What should I play for you?

She is 18 at the moment...and she has been playing since 3rd grade... I never had to ask her to practice... She composes her own music too... I use to love to hear her while I was making dinner...or sitting on the front stoop...but now she is on her own and I dust the piano only.. When she comes to visit she plays..

Panzer General

Have not heard of that game, PC I'm guessing. Hey Soldier of Fortune has great gore BTW.

I understand that there is a PC version - ours is PS1. It's goreless - more stategy - sort of like chess (which I loathe) in real WWII battle scenarios, or you can run a whole campaign, which I prefer. If I can grind the enemy into oblivion, I can imagine the gore. Because you usually play it as the Germans, you get to spread World Evil - lots of fun!!!

I'll keep an eye out for GTA4. A buddy works at Circuit City and we can get stuff at his employee discount, which is nice!!!

They have added the ability to enter buildings and rape. Now that should set some people off. I can't wait.

Stuff I read

I'm actually reading a novel now. I've been reading a bunch of tech stuff and history on the M1 rifle - there's a whole process for accurizing the things that I find fascinating - and I can get all the tools together for well under $1000 - a bargain in my book, especially for tools (which should last forever)!!! I want to use mine as a guinea pig....it would make a good winter project!!
