If someone tosses "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind," one more time I shall hit someone with a dictionary. Words are very important things and words can change what you're saying. A lot.

That being said, if someone is going to go on about quotes, they really need to use the ENTIRE quote. Cause there a bit of a difference between "Those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind" and “Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.”

Yeah. Bit of a difference there. Kind of like leaving off the last 2/3rds of the "to thine ownself be true" thing. It changes the meaning up a bit.
