It's a worker's comp thing, so it kind of puts the doc in a rough spot. I think I'm going to take the advice of a friend and contact a lawyer. That way if this keeps up, they can go through some one who would be more than happy to go after their McMoney.

My mom usually edits my resume, but I want to do a format that she's not used to. I want to change it to a skill based format rather than time based. Being with a company more than 5 years is not valued like it used to be, and being at McD's that long is even worse. I have a lot of transferable skills, but because Mc is at the front of it they dismiss me.

Still, all they eyes I can get giving it a look over would help. And I'm not worried about stalkers. I already have two. (not joking)

I'll work on the PM box. I'm really just lazy about it.

P.S. I just noticed that when I wrote my original post I wrote "right" instead of "write". I do know the difference I swear. :eek:

If you do any submissions through online, it needs to be formated certain ways, too. If you also might circulate your resume by email, send it to three or four friends and have them all open it on their systems. One out of my four friends commented back that a weird formating issue came up for her; so I changed over to circulating a pdf copy of my resume. Good luck - sounds like the job has been making you unhappy for long enough.

You know it's really not the job I hate so much as this one particular Operations Manager. His goal in life seems to be to make me feel like shit. Of course I knew this would just get worse when I filed a complaint with HR, but the complaint needed to be filed as he hasn't done to any one else what he did to me to make me feel like I should file an official complaint.

LOL You da man! If not for you I would have never passed my last class with the grade I got :kiss: Oh and my resume needs updating. Im looking into getting job #2.:cattail:

At least today I'm on office work.

It would make too much sense for me to stay on office work while I'm recovering. Catch up on things like completing the schedule, and hiring people, and making sure the files are correct, Hell I could even do an orientation or two. Might even help me heal faster if I'm on "light duity" LIKE THE DOCTOR SAID.
