I caught myself doing a double take when I saw Marquis' latest Av, because- damn.

But then I had this really odd moment, where I had this very sneaking suspicion he's a smidge closer to my son's age, than mine. Now I feel old... Okay maybe not "old", but definitely not young. What the 'eff? I'm too young to feel old.

Me too I'm feeling a lot younger these days though, because I have love in my life at last. However I also have a personal trainer now (well for 6 sessions at least lol) who is young enough to be my son but hell that doesn't stop me looking.....

I was officially divorced in November last year - the weight that left my shoulders even though we'd been separated since April 2002. NZ law states you have to be separated for 2 years before you can divorce. In Australia it's only one year. The shit he put me through during the division of property had to be seen to be believed. It was a case of "poor me" syndrome, never mind that I'd put up with his shit for over 20 years

We never speak. He is civil when he answers the phone when I ring my daughter but that's it. He still won't allow her to call me, I have to call her. My son paid for her airfare for her visit to us. I can't believe I spent so much time living with this total stranger
