you can die from that in less then a week
I don't have time for that, either. Got work to do, house to get cleaned up/emptied out, and mom to be moved in to live w/ me next weekend. I'll think about making time for physical issues later.

*glares ar Sir W*

You should listen to KC, you know.
I listen.

I know what a heart attack feels like, and what a *future* heart attack feels like. Been there, done that - ya know? I'm not even to *that* point yet. I appreciate y'all caring and even worrying a bit, but I'm not going to take reckless chances, nor am I going to be so afraid of any least little twinge that I cocoon myself in cotton and hide from everything. :hugs: :rose: to ya both.

One of the Dom's in our group is back home.
Thankfully His subbie badgered him to go to the hospital.
He wasn't thinking he had time for a trip to the ER.
Luckily they got Him into surgery BEFORE His appendix blew.

*scowls at W* GO get it checked !!!!

It feels like the weekends are getting shorter and shorter while the to-do list gets longer and longer.

How many weeks does this make it and I still do not feel any better?

OMG the things divorcing adults do to their young children makes me want to go postal on the human race.

you dont listen. last time you waited for days before you went to te hospital and sad thing is that if you die...the people here that care for you will never know why you stopped posting. you are always on other people to take care of themselves, dontcha think its time you did the same?

I can vouch for the fact that Sir Winston is a very responsible person and does not make reckless decisions..but just in case. Read this will you? See if your symptoms match any of these. Hope you start feeling better :rose:

Reviewed it. Key paragraph: If you have a known breathing problem, such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or emphysema, you may think you are having an "attack" or worsening of that condition. I have been diagnosed with incipient COPD, and having been a smoker for 47 years, surprise, surprise! LOL. As for the rest, I was familiar with 90+ % of it, and I'm *not* - repeat, NOT - even in the beginning stages of CHF.

Snowy, thank you.

KC, I know you care and you're worried, but I *do* have a pretty good feel for what's up with me, and I won't take unnecessary risks. Should I get to the point where I feel a heart attack is coming, I will promptly get myself to an emergency care site - and I probably won't even drive myself. ;)

mis, I promise that IF the above should happen, I'll call someone and let them know I'm headed to the hospital, and which one(s), so they can post it somewhere here and let y'all know.

All of y'all, I really *do* appreciate your concern, but I've been dealing with the chronic bronchitis (just about annual cases) since I was a wee tad, and the heart for the last ten years, and really, I *do* listen to what my body tells me. When it's not major (and for me, bronchitis is more an annoyance than a serious issue), I do what I can to deal with it. If it gets more serious, I let the professionals deal with it (with plenty of input from me, lol - they're often kinda flabbergasted that I know what treponin (aka troponin - the spellings seem to be interchangeable!) levels are, and what they should be, etc.), and I have every intention of still being around to annoy the heck out of you for a long time to come.

im exhuasted but my mind is on overdrive

Have I mentioned this to you? I read this trick somewhere, and it really does work. Pick a category, like movie stars, and then go through the alphabet and think of one item from the category per letter. It gives your brain something to focus on, and you'll relax and drift off to sleep.

For example, movie stars. A - Angelina Jolie. B - Brad Pitt. Blah blah blah.

Dude, quit rationalizing.

I rationalized everything for years because I had a known ovarian cyst at the site of all my actual problems. The cyst wasn't doing jack, the undiagnosed Crohn's was giving me walking acute appendicitis. "Shitting glass shards" might give people a graphic idea.

The worst that happens is an MD saying "it's bronchitis, you were right." Actually, you want that...
