Snowy, dear... you're saying this to the guy who drove himself to the hospital during his first heart attack (practically giving heart attacks to the ER doctor and nurses, who knew I'd driven there, when their old-fashioned mercury-column sphygmomanometer {blood pressure device} couldn't go high enough to read my systolic {higher BP number} pressure {top end was 300})? LOL!snowy ciara said:Do us a favor please, Sir Winston? PLEASE don't come across the border 'til you're better. I'd have to have you expire coming home because US C&I is staffed by idiots.

As far as piercings, 4 sets in the ears; and did have my tongue pierced; but ended up letting it close. Thats it. Haven't gotten up the nerve for anywhere else yet.![]()

'Twas interesting, too, to see how pale my cardiologist got when he found out that 10 days before the heart attack, I was playing full-field indoor soccer. That was right after he had told me (after I'd asked how "bad" a heart attack it was) that if I had tried to run across the ER (about 30 yards long) the night I came in, I probably would have died before I got to the other end.
Appreciate the thought, but (1) it gets too damn cold up there for someone who thinned out his blood too much in 31 years in Florida, (2) there wouldn't be anyone here to take care of my mom, and (3) I'm not sure the VA would (a) send my meds to me out of country, and (b) have a clinic or hospital close enough for me to make my appointments. <Sigh>snowy ciara said:Yes I am! Cause we want you all alive and stuff, which is something the guards in your direction don't seem to care about. Now, if you wanted to come stay with one of us 'til you're better, that may work.
Your blurts are cool. I sit and read them and try to figure out what any part of them means, and chuckle.kissinggurl said:only 11 percent turned out

i just found out A thinks he has bronchitus. hes supposed to be home later this week and i was looking foward to being with him then, but illness has its own plans. i dont even know what i can do to make him feel better and i am upset that i wont get to be as close to him as i would like, though its not anybody's faukt.

maybe it congestive heart failure and maybe you shoulda seen the doc two weeks ago.Sir_Winston54 said:Yes, after having a nice little coughing fit that tired me out to the point that I "lay down for a little bit" about noon, and essentially passed out until 6 p.m., I'm a little bit cranky, especially since I woke up covered with sweat and with a headache from sleeping so long in the middle of the day. What's yer point?
Gahdammit, bronchitis! Either turn into pneumonia so I have *reason* to go see a doctor and get healed, or get the flock away from me!
No responses necessary - I'm just pissy and needed to vent *somewhere.*
I don't have *time* for CHF right now. And I have an appt with my doc a week from this coming Thursday. SoKajira Callista said:maybe it congestive heart failure and maybe you shoulda seen the doc two weeks ago.
