Ive never had one that i enjoyed. Mostly, they make me feel weak and stupid. I try and talk myself out of them every time. It never works.. A few times, they caught me so off guard i didnt know what was happening. I just kept thinking to myself, what the fuck!?!? I couldnt move or speak, only sharp grunts and half words... Luckily, my wife is used to me and still likes me, so she helps. She doesnt even freak out anymore, she goes into anxiety mode and gets what im grunting at. Im lucky, she can bring me out pretty quickly. Its the slow burn attacks that suck the most. The kind that build over hours or days. The kind you dont know whats happening until its uncontrollable. Those are the most fun... Still need to function, go to work, be a father and husband, talk to people, do things, try and act normal for god sake! All the while, doing things in absolute misery, trying to make it to the next time you can concentrate on it and try to talk yourself out of it.. Then, when you come out of it, wonder what all the fuss was about. Until the next time.

I dont know why i decided to write that when a simple "" would of sufficed as a response.. But it felt good. Sorry to anyone who has to deal with it. It is "no fun".

Sometimes low blood oxygen can mimick / trigger feelings of anxiety.

Good air quality / ventilation makes a difference.

I recently got a bit “choked up” when exercising, but I quickly realized it was due to the poor air quality resulting from the Canadian wildfires.

Is there wildfire smoke in your location???



If you do have good air quality / ventilation, and you still are getting anxiety attacks during exercise, you might want to slow down a bit or consult your physician.

I’m laying on the lounge in my jammies under a blanket because I’m wide the fuck awake at 6.51am on Sunday.

And I think about how much I actually love this chick. Enough to get up (quietly) and come downstairs so that she can have a little sleep in. I opened TikTok, and the first video to pop up is this poor woman whose husband likes to slam doors and make as much noise as he possibly can. Because she gets to have a sleep in that day, and I’m just like…thinking of all the ways for her to just murder him basically.

Why are some people so cruel? Let the woman have a sleep.

Also, my cunt neighbour last night OMG. I am so sick of his shit. He complains when people park on the road in front of his house. He’s a fucking idiot. He tried to have a go at my cousin a few months ago for parking his car. My cousin was visiting me. Last Sunday he tried to have a go at my missus. That’s a big fat fucking no.

Anyway, last night she and I were in the garage just having some quiet bevvies after a crazy day organising a birthday. This cunt comes onto the property and pokes his head into the garage and says, “Hi neighbour is that your car?” I say no. And I’m thinking to myself I am going to grab the cricket bat annd wrap it around your dopey fucking head and he goes, “People keep parking in front of my house.”

Bruh. I tell him it’s a public road and anyone can park there. And he said, “I know but that’s not nice.”
