No one deserves to die from this disease.

I was no fan of Love and her politics. She was voted in, in my opinion, as a conservative racial response to Obama. As a black, Mormon, republican woman who stressed family values, she then stood silent and watched as her colleagues in congress demeaned the president and his family because of their color and said nothing. She saw the threat trump posed in 2016 and received his ire and was, frankly, used, tossed aside and forgotten. She then watched as her party systematically attacked and defunded research that was hoping to end the terrible disease that was/now taken her life.

I saw no need to create a thread concerning your passing. Your legacy is to be a footnote to the conservative history that led to MAGA and trump.

is it a case of dejoy having slo-wrecked the USPS as far as he could during President Biden's tenure (before handing it over to a stand-in that's working with 2 doge's) only to be 'rewarded' by trump, or is he jumping ship before doge takes him down with it, too? His sudden departure is well overdue but now doge is involved and musk (with trump) is keen to privatise the USPS, the timing seems just a tad convenient.

Putin and Trump are the same kind of trash.
They think they are better and know better than everybody else and therefore are obliged to take over a country that they think does not know what's best for them.
Both Putin and Trump accuse others for risking ww3 to start and the invaded country is to blame for it.

I just hope a Greenland Dog bite JD Vance in his ass so he can truly feel what the Europeans feel about his opinions.

We should hope for him to get bedbugs, while visiting the military base.. (actually, I am unsure that there are bedbugs on Greenland.. we have none down here in Denmark🤔)

Better that nothing happens with the uninvited guests, we should not give a rabid dog the opportunity it wants to attack a fellow Nato ally. 😉

That is a truth with many modifications. 😉

We do not see any problems with the Americans visiting the American Pituffik Space Base (it got the same status as an embassy).

That is their prerogative.

We had issues with an official, high level, American delegation driving around in Greenland, visiting cultural heritage and pretending to not only care.. but being welcome and invited.

That luckily got cancelled.

Now we are just lifting our eyebrows at the silly, and very, very poorly spinned tale that the American government is trying to spin.

Facts are: they were never welcome! And they would have been met with a cold worse than the temperatures.

Which probably would have looked really bad on the press photos and social medias, it is kinda hard to look like saviours and liberators, when the people see you as oppressive imperialists.
