See, I think the magic of this is (no pun intended) that while this could easily have been one of those totally one-sided Steven Seagal thingies where the good guy endlessly beats on the bad guy and gets out without a scratch?

Wraith gets a few good hits in and gets the ever-lovin' blue-eyed tar beat out of him.

(Even if he did manage to rupture Zod's eye, a Kryptonian's healing factor, at least going by "Smallville," would be sufficient to restore his sight ere very long. So it's not like Zod would be rocking a Nick Fury eye-patch next time we saw him.)

I have a thing like this, one I've been sitting on for ages.

I may still get to use it, so I'm going to keep sitting on it for now.

But if not, it'll probably show up here. :: grins ::

Just dont expect Merick to stay on the sidelines. He may not be the best fighter, but he makes a great combat medic and ranged support. Besides, he is not one to let others do the fighting for him. He ain't totally stupid enough to think he could take on the big kryptonian menace, but he would sure as hell try to distract him.

My little one is well. She was sick earlier this week, flu or something, but better now. It is such a huge change being a dad. I love every minute of it, but it is such a change.
