Has anyone ever done a 180.... go from being happy to down right lonely in the span of 15 minutes. I done that tonight and can't seem to turn it around 'cause if I don't might snap at anyone at anytime.

sorry its been happening for that long. possibly try to analyse things a little more in your life to work out where the happiness is and where the sadness comes in. try to separate the sadness out if at all possible
