There will be time though. The place I'm buying has to have some renovation, so I can't move for a few months. But I'll be getting a whole new kitchen as part of it, so that's exciting.

Hehehe woot for a new kitchen! I'm bad in the kitchen...it's definitely not my favorite room. But it does have appeal when it's all bright an shiny and new..

Oh, I can relate. I don't cook much, and the kitchen is more a place to store drinks, dishes, and my refrigerator. But it's exciting to think that it will all be new. Right now the room has been stripped of all cabinets, appliances, lighting fixtures, etc. It's basically a bare room. One of the first things I'll do is to repaint in there, not to change the color so much, but to even out the coat so it's all the same. I can see where the previous owners had their cabinets by the outline in the paint.

Too bad there isn't an online service where we could order up some handsome shirtless guys to come and move all our furniture and heavy stuff.

Not too bad. Got a new apartment. Sitting here waiting for my comforter to dry at the laundry mat...then a work out since I think I'll be able to breathe and even if I'm not....my head can't take much longer without fitness. Then a party up your way later

Wanders in, carrying a bottle of Fiji water and my lap top. Finds a quiet corner and curls up. There are words due for M13 and for the Nook. And then, I will be caught up. For now.

I slip quietly into the lounge and stalk the Luna. I hide behind couches and chairs as I creep closer. My breath slows to almost a halt as I progress and I have to fight with myself to keep my heartbeat in check. Then, without warning I strike. I leap out from behind a chair and tackle her. Bottled water goes flying and her laptop falls harmlessly onto a conveniently placed pillow. I grin like a bobcat from my place atop the wolf.

I tumble to the floor, covered by long, lean male who just happens to be grinning down at me like the cat who ate the canary. Small fingers find the nape of his neck and dig there, nails teasing solid flesh.

"Hi yourself..."

"Ahhh." The response is drawn out and low while I shudder a little bit. I carefully remove myself from the wolf.

"I just said hi," I complain and wince a little at a slight shift in her nails on me.

Nails ease out of flesh whilst he removes himself from my body. I can feel my lips make a little frown but I struggle up into a seated position and pull my hands away from his neck.

Rising to my feet, I stretch lightly before slipping into his arms, into his lap. Full lips find the corner of his mouth and leave a kiss, right there.

THIS is how one says hello in civilized countries.

My arms wrap around her in kind and I return her kiss just opposite of where she had, mirroring her greeting.
