Well, practically speaking, out of the country is typically unreasonable. It sucks, but its going to take special circumstances for that to work. Thy being said, I don't ever play where I work lol. Soo many things go wrong with that lol

I guess its because they won't know about each other because the US one said he does not want to know about me being with anyone else. And I respect that. I told him that he can see other women if he wanted but he said no. I guess that's the trouble with being poly.

Don't be sorry. You needed a sound board. It's hard to be poly and be in a relationship with someone who isn't, I think. I'm not poly, but I know scores of people who are. And all parties involved have to be willing to share without jealousy...or at least handle their jealousy properly.

It can be, but being submissive is also about meeting your own needs. It all depends on your sub style too, but, subbing is filling a need for you too. Or at least, it should be.

Ohhhhh Yay someone who gets it. And being a submissive it makes it sooo much harder for me to do what I really want because I'm always concerned with other peoples feelings.

That isn't a quality of a submissive, but of your personality as a whole. I would not thrive in a poly relationship because I would feel bad taking time away from my partners enjoying each other. I would constantly given time up for them to be happy. My needs would not get met because I would feel like a whiny bitch for asking. The fact that I'm submissive doesn't factor into that.

But being poly does mean you have to find ways to voice your desires and needs. Because they need to be met in order for relationships like that to work. If this boy of yours in the states cannot accept that you are poly? It's probably better that you don't get serious. You'll end up hurting each other.

Sure, but I do think, like Tigress said, that's an element of your personality. There are plenty of selfish subs out there. There are selfish people everywhere. Being submissive doesn't equal giving, per se, it's a need. And it's good you know what you need!
