The nicest thing

On my last day teaching high school, a student came up to me and said,

"I want you to know I think you're the most amazing person I've ever met. People ask me what I want to be when I grow up, and I think "I want to be Mr. Marquis."

Excellent!

It sounds like you are an inspiring teacher, those are rare too and so very needed by our youth today.

Apparently this week I am a 'rare jewel' ....... le sigh... that gets old fast

What a horrible thing for someone to say. People can be so cruel sometimes.

The nicest thing someone ever said about me was here on lit.
It was Marquis.
I can remember reading it and thinking "that was the nicest thing anyone ever said about me" but I can't remember what thread or how long ago it was and my search ability stinks. *shrug*

Here is another
"I remember some time ago when I first came to lit, I was full of myself and had alot of silly notions. And those who enjoyed silly notions were easily impressed and easily fooled. But not one person. Nope, this person was in my face at every turn. She never agreed with me and never let me get away with anything till one day I had my fill of this person and turned and confronted her.

The result was like a water balloon hitting the brick wall of truth. Because you see, KC is as real as it gets. You see she turned me around and made me realize what a selfish and self centered man I really was, and that kind of man will never be a real Dom, heck or even a real man. It was through this that I learned what "real" respect was for myself and for others. I began to learn, and understand, humility.

KC, I wanted to thank you for making me a better man. I want to thank you for showing me the difference between being real and roleplaying. You changed my life at a very deep level and to this day I continue to work on being who "I" am, rather than pretending I have arrived.

Since that time, you have been gracious to me. You have been a friend to me. So thank you KC, thank you for being who you are. I am both grateful in my mind and heart for the way you have touched my life.

You are one of the most amazing persons I know and I thought now would be a good time for you to know that."

We will leave this one anonymous

I found it!

Kajira Callista is the sweetest, most lovable, awesomely kinky thing I've ever come across. I can tell you that if age was not a factor, she would be my top choice for a sub from this board, hand's down. I think I've mentioned this before, but I have a magazine with pictures of women covered in skin tight latex, and I consider it the perfect metaphor for the submissive; so exposed yet so hidden. I think KC fits this model perfectly. She is very friendly, even to the point of seeming little girlish, but look just a bit closer and you will see something deeply mysterious about her.

This was a nice thread btw. https://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?t=201735&page=3&pp=25

I think the comparison to the rare jewel is probably closer to the truth.

I have a friend from an area in the world that's very hard on women. She escaped relatively unscathed, but her younger sister did not. When we got her sister out, it was suggested that the two ladies not live close together for a while, because if one was found, so was the other. My friend told me:

"We were deciding where she should move and I told her to come to you. Because you're big and scary and huge and you rescue kittens and puppies and take care of people who are littler than you. I'm trusting you with my sister's life, because I know you'll protect it with your own."

Coffee? Where? You have coffee? *bleary blinks*
