mmmm I had ice cream twice this week! I am going to a friends house tonight. She invited me up and I haven't been out and about since Tuesday so I need out of here!! doc has me back in tennis shoes..increasing the duration i wear them by an hour each day.. today i get to wear them for 7 hours LMAOOOO --whooo hoo.. he's very pleased with my progress.
