Mine shows published today but it's still on my pending page and it's not on the contest list, so that's fun.

It is on the front page of lit. An improvement from the Nude Days contest, which never got that link of the front page until after the contest had ended.

Yeah, something is wrong. My first story is still in my pending folder, but shows published today and isn’t on the contest list.

Hopefully it will clear up soon.

I've messaged Laurel and sent in a bug report. I've never had a story not publish overnight before, and this is a serious disadvantage to lose the first day of a story being published.

Good. There are still only nine stories up. Odd.

Many are by AH contributors, a couple by people I don't recognize, and one by a fairly new writer. No rhyme or reason, in other words.

I expect it will only be a minor disadvantage for me since this story is a series of Letters to Santa in the Letters and Transcripts category. Given that there is so little traffic in that category that there are still stories published in August on the New Stories page, I’m sure it will be listed there for months.
And given that there is no sex in it at all I doubt it will score well regardless.

I am 11300+ in the story and still no sex. A couple of sexy references but that is it.
There will be a small sexy scene at the end when MMC and FMC consuming their love
I will put it in romance but it will be the least sex story I ever written.
May be it will get rejected for being not erotic enough!

I submitted my Winter Holiday story on Oct 29...super early. A few days later it showed up as "pending" then flagged as "published " --"status: scheduled". It was like that about a week. It is like that as of this script. It has not been published this first day of the contest. BTW: I have read the fortunate 9 published contest stories...twice. They are very good.

I am newish as an author and this is my first contest, so I'm not too familiar with the story submission control panel. I my story was submitted Oct 29 then showed as "pending" the next day and has been "pending" ever since. A few days ago on Saturday Nov 8 ChloeTzang even shows my story in que for publishing.

No, this is unheard of - and unconscionable. Stories with a go-live date of today should have gone up 14 hours ago.

This has happened at least twice in the last few months, where they did appear hours later. It SHOULD not happen is clear.

Something is seriously screwed up
I tried to reach out to the site powers that be, along with @ChloeTzang and the DM says it can't locate those people.
We'll keep trying to fix this but this is beyond the pale.

If you look in the list of your pending stories, does it say PUBLISHED or PENDING?

If it says PUBLISHED, it should also show NEW in an orange rectangle and a publication date.

If not, it's still awaiting approval.
