The only thing easier to buy than a gun is a Republican

In addition to my gun collection, I'm thinking of buying a P-51 Mustang, my favorite airplane (even nicer than the F-86, and at about par with the F-15 Eagle). Still quite pricey, but more doable than either of the more recent jet aircraft.

That's about as believable as you being in Mensa.

You want us to believe you know middle class working folks who neither want nor need an income when they finish working? Sure you do.

What you should KNOW, not just believe, is that Socialist Security only gives back money already taken from you, and you only get back at best 75% of what you already put into it. You'd be better off investing it when you made it, and even a terrible investment has better returns than only getting back 75% or your original investment. The money'd be better invested in a mattress. But the worst part of it is, you have no CHOICE, it confiscation of your own money by the government, to be doled out back to you at the governments own discretion. That's communism.

Double wrong. It is the left, from Clinton especially with deregulation of financial markets in 98), to Obama (rendering the US closer to communism), leftist media insidiously lying to people, that sold the US out. Trump is restoring.

Obamacare is most assuredly the most communist act passed by left wing

Apparently neither of you have looked up what communism, socialism or leftism means.

Because neither Clinton, Obama nor Obamacare is any of those things.

Not even close.

No it's not....it's socialistic in nature.

But it's not communism.

“According to the institute's data, a two-earner couple receiving an average wage — $44,600 per spouse in 2012 dollars — and turning 65 in 2010 would have paid $722,000 into Social Security and Medicare and can be expected to take out $966,000 in benefits.”

You're not buying a p51. those things are rare as hens teeth and accounted for. Most are in museums.

https://www.heritage.org/social-security/report/social-securitys-rate-return

Social Security pays a very low rate of return for two-income households with children. Social Security's inflation-adjusted rate of return is only 1.23 percent for an average household of two 30-year-old earners with children in which each parent made just under $26,000 in 1996.1 Such couples will pay a total of about $320,000 in Social Security taxes over their lifetime (including employer payments) and can expect to receive benefits of about $450,000 (in 1997 dollars, before applicable taxes) after retiring at age 67, the retirement age when they are eligible for full Social Security Old-Age benefits.2 Had they placed that same amount of lifetime employee and employer tax contributions into conservative tax-deferred IRA-type investments-such as a mutual fund composed of 50 percent U.S. government Treasury bills and 50 percent equities-they could expect a real rate of return of over 5 percent per year prior to the payment of taxes after retirement. In this latter case, the total amount of income accumulated by retirement would equal approximately $975,000 (in 1997 dollars, before applicable taxes).

That's actually about a THIRD of what the average couple would have for retirement had the government NOT confiscated their income for its slush funds.

That doesn’t change the fact that you just made shit up in your earlier post.

The only thing easier to buy than a gun is a Republican

Are we supposed to feel bad that it's easy to buy a gun? I don't.
Last time I bought a gun (a pistol, actually), it took all of about five minutes to run it through the approval process. Since I have no black marks (felony arrests) and since none of the black marks Team Obama tried to assign to me (veteran, medical marijuana, retired) stuck, purchasing a firearm was a breeze.
It should be. It's a RIGHT. There is nothing wrong with owning a firearm. There is nothing wrong with owning lots of them.

You're gonna make a great cat lady!

Actually look at that site. There's a couple and they are quite literally millions of dollars. He's as full of shit as he ever was.

And you should remember that even the worst investment plan would generate about $1.5 million.

I have cat and guns.

I have had cats and guns.

As long as the cats don't play with the guns, all is well.

So I teach them firearms safety.

You can have the cats.
Why did you zero in on cats? Do you have a lot of cats?
Did you have a lot of cats at one point?
I just wonder about people with a lot of cats. A lot more than I wonder about people with guns.

^^^ Cat ladies talk like this ^^^

It's true!

So why don't you guys stop blaming all this shit on the Republican Party and take some responsibility for nominating your own dog of a candidate who was quite obviously reviled even more than what we ended up with?

The person who is single most responsible for the 'Rump Travesty is Wasserman-Schultz. She alone bears the blame.

Why do anti-gun folk want everyone to turn their guns over to Republicans , who now control the House, Senate, Judiciary (or will soon given) as well as that madman Trump who is issuing Executive orders left and right? The FBI - under Trump - fucked up in Florida. They were contacted multiple times and did nothing... yet you want to disarm everyone and give them more power.. I don't get it.
