You need protein....
Eat lots of rare meat....
stay away from sweets...
Don't get flue shots....
Build up your imune system with good foods instead...
eat lots of fresh fruit....
When u are feeling better have more good food and more sex then more good food again....
It is the quick fix that is killing us....
don't kiss strangers on the mouth....
stay away from crowds....

Darn, I got a flu shot about 2 weeks ago...
But I think I picked this up at the doctor's office 10 days ago, or on the airplane.

I had jaw surgery Monday.
The bleeding has stopped but the pain hasn't.
I'm getting sick of being in pain for 5 days.
Don't want to take narcotics.

If this isn't better by noon, I'm going back to the dentist.

Navarre - Sorry to hear about your jaw. Hope you get better today. That is such an awful kind of pain. However, I think that I would take the narcotics!! But then I guess I am a wimp! Take care you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
