The first movie that I identified as a Christmas Movie was Babes In Toyland aka The March of the Wooden Soldiers with Laurel & Hardy

(NOT *shudder* the version Disney made.)

The L&H film was on TV every Christmas Morning when I was a child.


I haven't seen it anywhere, anytime, in years!

You're right. It was funny the first time and could get some grins the second time but after that it would be just boring. It doesn't have legs like The Grinch or Ralphy and his bb gun or George Bailey or Kris Krigle at Macy's or the girl from Cincinwhatski or some others.
