Two of the first, post-September 16 CNN debate polls have been released and they show Donald Trump with a commanding lead.
Chuck Todd said on NBC’s Meet the Press, “Trump laps the field at 29%, more than double of Ben Carson, and here comes Carly Fiorina moving into third place into double digits at 11% followed by Jeb Bush, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)96%
, and Marco Rubio.”
In a statement to Breitbart News, Trump declared that these polls prove he was the clear winner of the CNN debate this week. “According to the latest NBC News poll, I continue to dominate the field by a wide margin and was a definitive winner of Wednesday night’s debate,” Trump said. “This movement is only growing. Voters are energized and excited about real leadership that will fix the problems we face and get things done unlike the all talk, no action politicians that have failed us for far too long.
“I look forward to focusing on the issues that matter including illegal immigration, the economy, our military and many others as I continue sharing my vision to Make America Great Again!”

The film archives have footage of all the events connected with the Berlin Wall.
I was a child when I watched JFK speak in Berlin, on a black and white TV set.
Two years after the construction of the Berlin Wall, President Kennedy paid a historic visit to Berlin to challenge Soviet oppression and offer hope to the people of the divided city.
The Berlin Wall
In the early morning hours of August 13, 1961, the people of East Berlin were awakened by the rumbling of heavy machinery barreling down their streets toward the line that divided the eastern and western parts of the city.
Groggy citizens looked on as work details began digging holes and jackhammering sidewalks, clearing the way for the barbed wire that would eventually be strung across the dividing line. Armed troops manned the crossing points between the two sides and, by morning, a ring of Soviet troops surrounded the city. Overnight, the freedom to pass between the two sections of Berlin ended.
Running across cemeteries and along canals, zigzagging through the city streets, the Berlin Wall was a chilling symbol of the Iron Curtain that divided all of Europe between communism and democracy. Berlin was at the heart of the Cold War.
In 1962, the Soviets and East Germans added a second barrier, about 100 yards behind the original wall, creating a tightly policed no man's land between the walls. After the wall went up, more than 260 people died attempting to flee to the West.
In the summer of 1963, President Kennedy visited Berlin and was greeted by ecstatic crowds who showered his entourage with flowers, rice, and torn paper. In the Rudolph Wilde Platz, Kennedy gave one of his most memorable speeches to a rapt audience: "There are many people in the world who really don't understand, or say they don't, what is the great issue between the free world and the Communist world. Let them come to Berlin. There are some who say that communism is the wave of the future. Let them come to Berlin. And there are some who say in Europe and elsewhere we can work with the Communists. Let them come to Berlin. And there are even a few who say that it is true that communism is an evil system, but it permits us to make economic progress. Lass'sie nach Berlin kommen. Let them come to Berlin."
No other American politician had met with such joy and enthusiasm on a visit to Germany. Shortly after President Kennedy's death in November of 1963, the square where he had made his famous speech was renamed the John F. Kennedy Platz.

I'll believe it when I see him get out. That's what every last major paper and news organization from FOX to the Huffington Post has been predicting in shrill tones for months, and so far, the Donald has proved to be pretty damn indestructible. Of course he's going to fall relative to where he's been-that's the reality of being the front runner in an umpteen-way race.
There are only two ways he gets out of the race-he says or does something so beyond the pale that he burns down the whole barn with him, or the GOP Establishment actually addresses what is behind his rise. I'm not holding my breath for either scenario.

Or as people stop screwing around and start taking things seriously Trump bit by bit is pushed out as the clown that he is. Its worth noting that the media mostly expected him to drop out around the first debate so months and months is a bit of an extremist translation of that. I mean if I tell you that Christmas Eve will mark the end of people caring about the Kardashians you don't get to throw it in my face on January 1st at least not in terms of me making the same bad predictioin for months.

Good to hear....I'd like to see Trump finish rather than pulling out. The race is wide open, its anyone's game. I've said this before, Hillary is in trouble, and if Bernie Sanders comes across well at their debate, or Biden joins the race, game on.

Newt Gingrich is a perfect fit for the religious right and it is not surprising they found their mean candidate after his contemptuous display during the South Carolina debates. Gingrich epitomizes hate and it is obvious why hateful religious right voters rewarded him with a primary victory. Florida is rife with mean-spirited, religious right voters and it remains to be seen if Romney can challenge Gingrich for the meanest candidate title. It is notoriety decent men would avoid like plague, but then again, the Republican field is devoid of decency. They do, however, have an abundance of mean candidates and South Carolina’s religious right picked one of the meanest men as their champion.

"Has your mother ever told you that you’re the daughter of Webb Hubbell, and not Bill Clinton,” he said while Chelsea was looking down, signing a copy of “It’s Your World: Get Informed, Get Inspired & Get Going.”
Rerring to Clinton’s book being geared towards kids, Morrow asked, “Would you say Bill Clinton also targets teenage girls, except for sexual reasons?”

Strapping, 6-foot-4 and with an Alabama drawl, Morrow lives in a suburban Austin home with a lot of Ron Paul campaign material, a prominently displayed Hooters calendar and an 8-foot tall shelf packed with Clinton books. In many, he has meticulously underlined passages he deems important and jotted margin notes and stars.
For South Carolina's January primary, Morrow funded thousands of recorded calls to voters attacking Clinton.
