Nope. I heard it many years ago but it then meant: "Look after the people (men and women) and the company/operation/enterprise will be successful".

There were several business mnemonics around in the 1950s and 1960s that were overtly rude and therefore memorable. The name for the advertising format "Two cunts in a kitchen" or "Two tarts in a kitchen" has been around since the 1930s. The format had a new life with TV adverts and is still in use today (and still called "Two cunts in a kitchen").
