The only problem is, they have never found compelling evidence that any other series of events holds water. All of the forensic pathologists since, who have reconstructed the skull, have concluded that the final shot came from the rear. The only other plausible explanation is presented by Howard Donahue in the book Mortal Error. Donahue contends that Agent George W. Hickey Jr., who was riding in the trail car, accidentally shot Kennedy with an AR-15.

Even that theory has a problem since Donahue got the entrance point wrong having placed it lower on the skull that it actually was.

The pictures you show are somewhat deceptive since fluids would have been pooling to the rear the whole time he was lying on his back.
