Enjoying the new ride and finding the adjustments in the seats and mirrors that make it feel like it was molded just for me.
 
Waking up to a warm spring rain. It was so nice that I laid in bed for a few minutes just enjoying the sound.
 
Went for a walk this morning,it was a beautiful sunny day and saw a robin just feet away from my face,makes life worth living
 
I'll be a proud smiling parent tonight.

The little one has her first tournament and assessment for her blue belt.

She's gonna kill it.
 
We're so funny when we're sleep-deprived...

(Well, WE think we are, anyway!)

Feeding the little boss-man last night, babbling to him in baby talk as I switched sides:

"Okay bud, how 'bout we do de udder side now?"

Then I looked up at my husband and laughed like a hyena, because - "udder side"?? OMG, I should write for TV...


Later in the evening, after the zillionth diaper change, I brought him out and remarked to my husband, "Just a little poop, again. He's been doing little poops all day. You know what that means..."

Husband looks at me with fear in his eyes and replies gravely, "Winter is coming."


This is why you have kids, I think. Someday they'll laugh at all your dumb jokes. :D

Are you saying i'm as cute as a badger?

No... I'd never say that.

But if I said it you would agree with me?

Mmmmaybe... yes... or a mongoose. Their cute and get into all sorts of things they shouldn't but I dont think they'd react as well as you do to whips n chains.
