I just want to say that if you're lactose intollerant, then the woman who's lactating just doesn't eat or drink milk products. Lactose is something mainly found in COW milk. Both of my daughers are lactose intolerant and I nursed them both, but I was not able to drink milk or eat anything with large amounts of lactose. Not unless I wanted to spend the night with a colicy child.
