That's the worst. Whenever I get like that, I just stay up and don't bother. I usually feel OK for the first eight hours of my day... and then I hit that exhaustion brick wall. (Also, love your badge! Yay!!)

Ok, making popcorn with coconut oil is the best freaking thing ever and I don't think I'm going to go back to vegetable oil.
