That's because you never really had a firm grasp of facts and would start attack threads based on a paragraph, or a headline, or your own personal opinion which was, self-admittedly now, fueled by hatred.

That is not entirely true; sure there were obvious bashing threads- some opinion but mostly based on something in the news linked to a paragraph, or a headline, (but they were based on something, which is more than most attack threads). When I was unclear what something meant I said so and asked someone to explain it. Unlike most here, I had no problem admitting when I was wrong..
I always back up whatever I say with reliable references. If I claim to know the facts about something, I know the facts about it and can defend what I say. Anyway, most serious threads I started were not attack threads, they were about the debt.
