Today I'll give DGO the short version of the story:

When I worked in a restaurant, one of my best friends (who also worked there) tried to help me make cheesecake.

So think industrial size mixer and bag of cheesecake mix.

I told her place the splashguard on the bowl, turn the speed to low, pull up the lever holding the bowl, and THEN turn the mixer on.

Well, the only thing she did was turn the mixer on.

So picture a couple of gallons of mix, a large industrial-size bag of mix, a paddle spinning on high, and all the while an innocent looking face is peering downward at the bowl.

She couldn't even see through the goop to turn the mixer off and that stuff was all over the walls and ceiling of the kitchen.

Today I have to tell you TG that doing paperwork was a better way to spend the day. While the movie didn't completely suck and it was actually sweet in some ways, I really resent paying money for something that is at best television fare and a waste for the big screen. Oh well, at least I wasn't compelled to walk out.
