Today I am glad to be home. I took a nice walk this morning while it was still cool and did some puttering around outside. Today is a wonderful day

Not really on vacation since I'm not going anywhere. Just taking a few days off from work to destress-which I desperately need right now. So far, so good; it's working.

We all need those 'mental health' days every now and then. My first principal told the new teachers that 'sick days' are for when you're physically sick or just sick of this place..........he suggested that we take them. The bonus you got for perfect attendance wasn't worth a hill of beans.

Hey, I feel old! Only the young say that you're only as old as you feel! This morning I found myself in the bathroom and didn't know why. I went to the kitchen to get my coffee and realized why I was in the bathroom........almost didn't make it back in time. I had a hard time remembering where it was.
