Today I helped rescue a dog (sort of) that fell off a jetski.
The dog fell off a jetski and the lady had a tough time getting the dog back on it. It was a large black lab. We pulled our boat around and my daughter helped the dog on the platform on the back of th eboat. Then the lady pulled up along side and the dog jumped right on.
My daughter wanted to keep him instead of giving him back! LOL!

The dog was hardly in danger of drowning. We just helped get him back up on the jetski. As for what the dog was doing there in the first place, it is pretty common here. Lots of dogs on jetskis. This just happened to be in a narrow area of the lake with some boat traffic so the water got pretty choppy and I guess he just lost his footing with the rocking of the jetski. And the woman was not strong enough to really pull him out of the water.

Today I send out my thoughts and prayers for two very special friends.
One's SO is going to the doctor today to check some things out. Best wishes for a clean bill of health.
