The sleeve that I had was pretty basic. It had ridges or ripples on the inside which feel really good. The pleasure is really intense, especially when my SO used it on me. Honestly, it can rival a blowjob in my opinion. I did find a couple of drawbacks to the sleeve. You need to be really hard to get the best affect. No, I haven't tried any of these things, but I'm very interested. Next time my SO and me start playing I'll mention it. When I started this post I was just wondering if there were vibrators made just for the penis. I didn't really think about trying to stimulate all the areas that you mentioned.
