Besides, this thread is about transmen, and the whole point is that they agree with you: they shouldn't be using the women's room. But Kansas state law requires them to do so.

I’ve never been sexually assaulted by another woman in the ladies room or a female locker room. I wouldn’t feel safe using the men’s facilities. They’re segregated for a reason.

On the one hand, this is an unfair and hasty generalization.

...but...I've certainly been around my share of fellow men, and it's not entirely untrue.

I would only say that having been around many women as well, they're really not any better. Just slightly different in how they express it, honestly.

As a lifetime frequent user of men's restrooms, including several situations where women have deliberately entered and used the men's restroom with us men in it, the general response is just mild confusion and/or amusement.
