Probably hasn't even set back the dire Iranian attack plans the Trump administration had claimed they were preventing. If the plans were far enough along for the Trump administration to notice them, Suleimani was no longer a "must have" element for carrying them out. Preventing the dire attack Trump claims had to be cut off remains needing to be prevented regardless of Suleimani. (That doesn't mean Suleimani isn't best gone; it just means the reasoning given doesn't hold water. Of course, nothing Trump says holds water.
