I am doing very well, thank you. I don't know how the weather is back there, but it's much too nice a day to work out here. Take heart, you should only have a few more hours before you can go home for the day?

Hope so it will be good to get out and have a run around. LM has just reminded me tis Friday 13th today

Running around is good......I'm not a runner myself. I'm more a water person (in case you couldn't tell ) but will be home this weekend so won't be at the lake.

There is a town a few hours from where I live that is pretty much overrun by motorcyclists on every Friday the 13th. They are expecting almost 100,000 today. Normally the town has about 10, 000 people.

I have never been there for it (we don't currently have a motorcycle) I would enjoy seeing it sometime though. The locals other than business owners complain about there being too many people. Of course the business owners are thrilled - everyone needs to eat, drink, shop and they all spend money
