My father lived to 96.

He still thought of himself as 25 especially when a good looking nurse or carer walked by.

He had trouble getting rid of his hard ons and found them embarrassing whenever he had an assisted bath. I should be so lucky - he had two young ladies washing him all over every day.

Apart from standing up whenever a lady entered the room (in later life he would stand up if anyone entered the room) something else would stand to attention too if the lady was younger than he was. Almost all of them were.

My advance directives call for daily tongue baths.

My friend and I recently had a discussion about sex in nursing homes. We agreed that the inmates (I mean "residents") would have a valid legal claim if the attendants refused a request to help them into bed together (barring a valid medical reason).

The need for assistance should not preclude the enjoyment of the pleasures most take for granted.

Some of the sexiest folks I've known have been over 50. It comes from within (just like the nose hair).

Well, actually, I'm not fussy. Older men, younger men, older women, younger women (if The Man is watching!!).

But, I honestly do think there's something extra sexy about an older man. That air of confidence, that wise way of handling things (um, ME!), and knowing exactly what they like and want and how to get it.
