Gabriel
"I can't get dressed while you're clinging to me like that," Gabriel chuckled and noticed the inner struggle in his sister, struggle between letting him go so he could get dressed and holding onto him for dear life bacause she was scared.
"But... but..." she whimpered.
"Geez, it's only for fifteen seconds. No ghost can harm you in that time, not when he'll see my naked butt pointed at him," he joked. "Now let me go, silly, and close your eyes unless you want to be blinded."
He felt her hand letting go of him and she rolled on her back, letting him free. Quickly he jumped out from bed and fished a pair of boxers from his bag. He pulled them on and turned. "Ok, I'm decent now," he said. "I'll go check that fondling apparition."
"No! Don't go!" Nicola almost jumped from the bed to stop him from going.
"Sheesh, you're such a baby!" he yawned. "You've probably just had a dream and thought it real. And that shadow could have been the tree outside moving."
"Check it in the morning, now just hold me. I'm really scared."
Shaking his head in mock resignation Gabriel climbed back into his bed and let Nicola snuggle to his side. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and reach to the nightstand to turn on the little lamp. He tried to feel relaxed to ease her fear but the presence of her warm body next to him, her breath tickling his chest and her arm thrown over him did little to relax him and in the end he found himself in the battle of willpower between his head and his other head.
"Try to sleep," he muttered and kissed her head and closed his eyes, trying not to think too much.
