I might be totally wrong but let me give you my reasoning...there are other places you may find yourself being demanding and mean? Again I could be so wrong but I feel like you might be quite stern but fair in the work place?

I’m a pretty good boss but more demanding outside of work - to the point where colleagues can be surprised at how strict or direct I am in the right situations.

My posture’s terrible and causes my colleagues great stress.
