This was a small batch I made for a friend. He wanted to link them so they aren't exactly all the same size.

Seriously, they look sooooo yummy!
They are a tomato sausage. Difficult to make as the acidity of the tomato breaks the pork down, you have to add just the right amount of Bicarbonate of Soda to balance it.

But they are delish.
