Depending on the sausage, it may or may not have sodium nitrite. But they will always have herbs and spices and mostly have Rusk.

They are a tomato sausage. Difficult to make as the acidity of the tomato breaks the pork down, you have to add just the right amount of Bicarbonate of Soda to balance it.I wanted a drooling reaction..
