If he ever has a takeaway pizza from anywhere that says gluten free, he keeps a piece of the crust, just incase he becomes ill.

Thank you. She's had more tests than I can remember, even a doctor telling her she's making it up. It is like you say beyond frustrating, and soo tiring.

My old office mate as well. I was in charge of company events. I would explain to vendors that this isn't lifestyle thing. If you get it wrong someone gets sick. He was incredibly good about (but he was in general a really good guy).

Yes, its great. It's made with Rice flour. It's more absorbent so you either need less or need more water.

I still have the little metal 4 bottle holder I’d bought at a fair especially for him but bollox to it in the end. In those days we were up at 6 so didn’t need the 04.30 clinking.

I worked in a cash and carry so everything was made in bulk. But when my family had a shop, my father would do deliveries every Thursday for customers.

Only thing we have delivered to the door is Ringtons Tea.
