Thankfully we got it a bit milder than you guys! 🧴🔆

But definitely still warm! About 22°C is expected today here in the forest.

- I am doing better!! A week of sleeping meds have worked wonders. ☺️
Now I just need to convince my dear body, that I am actually able to sleep without the meds.
(I am considering to cheat though 😇 - valerian root should have a sleep inducing effect!)

But generally: I am starting to workout more, walking more.. sitting still seems to be bad for me, so I avoid that! 😅

Time to get up and walk the dogs.
Then yoga in the sun.

I use tea sometimes that help me relax after work when I work late. Pukka has one that is called Night Time and Yogi Tea has one called Bedtime. But as a tea drinker you probably already know this.

And I know that the forrest is good for your soul! :)

And at the chemist you can buy pure valerian root drops, I was thinking of trying them as well.
