Well just about to go to the movie to watch Alien Vs Predator,

I saw that last night, brainless action which was enjoyable but not enough fight scenes! Wanted to see the Aliens and the Predators get really stuck into each other....what a missed oppurtunity.

Yeah, I know about the 'little death' thing.. George is just such a warped character though. The kind of guy you can't help but think is amazingly cool, yet lethal to develop any kind of attachment to. In the end, I think he gets together with Isabella the transvestite, though it's never a sure thing (George is bi--though everybody thought he was gay until he started sleeping with Yukari).

I had a dream about Sam last night. It was really bizarre. I was at his school (an all-boys school) for some reason, and it turned out that he was sharing a dorm room with someone I know, or something. School was ending, and I was trying to find their room, but I couldn't. I ended up going around all these boys' rooms and it was like a maze.. that's all I remember really. Yeah, and Sam recognised my existence, at least.

I'm watching Mars again, and I think one sentence that Qiluo says just about sums up everything about Chen Ling..:

"I like Chen Ling, okay? I like the way he is so brave, I like the way he lives his life, I like the way he hears me when I speak.. but for me to like somebody like him, it's like wanting to be with the Sun in the sky.. it's impossible."

Chen Ling is like the Sun--too true.

degrease, I don't know if you remember or not.. but when I first joined lit, you PMd me. I've no idea what I said in reply or whether I replied at all, but I do remember you PMing me!

you know, Chen Ling was one of a pair of identical twins. In Mars, this girl, Shazhi, is best friends with the two of them. Of course, everybody was jealous of her, but she describes being friends with them as an incredibly lonely experience, because they were so obsessed with each other. They had a love/hate relationship.

LL's Man, Bardmistress, Lady Legs... WOW!


Hi peeps. Another pleasant monday away from work and already my cold is diminishing (yes I know I said it was flu earlier. Just me over reacting. Either that or I'm still coming down with the flu and this is just the primary stage. Not unheard of though unlikely) But I've got to be at work again tomorrow. NOOOOOOO!! well its not that bad. If i work the express tills then I can usually get away without having to speak to more than 30 people in a day and that's a pretty low number in comparison.

Also, have discovered that there is no way for me to like bacon flavour noodles. They're vile and taste like smokey bacon crisps but watery and noodley. Not a good combination!

I dont think i dream like other people. My dreams are usually plot-based. Strangely enough I usually have a character with a back story and the main story has other characters that interact. And of course there's the usual dream scenario where two things that are mutually exclusive can co-exist (like being blind and being able to see or knowing that gravity exists and being able to fly etc...) so sometimes it can be pretty weird. Still, almost all of my best dreams get turned into stories when I wake up so its certainly not a bad thing!

Alas no Pengy, BM has a man of her own & he's bigger than me (At 6'7" he's bigger than most people!). As for seeing more of her, that's up to her, but she's not really as much of an outright exhibitionist as LL; she prefers to leave something to the imagination, and I know what imaginations Lit peeps have Living with them both is certainly interesting though

I think everybody knows what I ramble about.. hm.

Actually I'm good with children. Maybe I'm maternal? Kids always love me. One of my ex-crushes, the Polish guy who I met once, was amazing with children. He was very gorgeous too, but what really got me was the way he handled three super-tornado 11-year old boys (they literally clung on to him, pulled his hair etc.)
