Saw it at the cinema, but i own the extended versions which have nearly 2 hours of extra bits added in.

Heya.....

YO yo yo WW and mark,

Thank you for welcoming me in, and looking forward to more posts as such.

LOTR, was cool, I went to watch it in the cinemas, when they came out. I'm currently in Germanty for a holiday, and they showing all 3 films in the cinema, as a special viewing.

I didn't go, but a friend of mine did. At it was all the extended versions, too. So they sat in the cinema, watching all 3 for 12 hours. With 20 minute breaks in between.

How mad was that. Anyways, hope to chat to you all soon. :) CAtch you around :)

Check out the UK online directory in the playground as well..... lots of fun folks drop by in there :D

That's true enough WW, thing is though, I need someone to plug myself into to recharge... :D But so far no-one's answered positively in my thread, lol

Still bushed this morning; was at a Pogues gig last night in London, which was excellent, but had to get up early today to get the train into work as it's our office Christmas party! Phew...

Oh well, nevermind, I can always get drunk and watch pr0n I guess!!

Heheh, me too Marsipanne :D

Tonight is a rare night in though, my last! Hope to spend it doing something disgraceful online  :D

Happy Christmas to you :)

Merry Christmas (to all who celebrate it) and Happy New Year. I'll be online sporadically (sp?) over the holidays.

Radio here will broadcast the King's College 'Lessons and Carols' service live tomorrow (9AM my time) and I'll be sure to listen.

Oh, I was going to go to see that (in Kings College. Helps living in Cambs. It's a VERY cool city. Love it!).

Today, I was told I look like the girl who plays Violet Beaudelaire in Lemony Snicket. She's about 10 or something, I swear! But it's just the hairstyle, really, and some of the features. Again, it's just me being generic.

Wanna meet up sometime maybe?

Heya Marsipanne,

How are you doing? You're from Cambridge, too? What a coicidance. Well I'm in Norwich studying, but live in Cambridge.

I've never been to see the king's College Choir perform, since they come on TV, the same day, too. being lazy I suppose, but say fancy meeting up in the town sometime?

Give us a PM, or something, would be cool. Quite bizarre that someone living so close, is on this site, too. :)

To everybody else - I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Wishing you all the best and hoping that the New Year starts with a bang. ;) :)

Ciao, till later :)

I went to Evensong at KC when touring Cambridge earlier this year. Wonderful choir. I'm told that all the young boys in the choir have to be prepared to take the "Once in Royal David's City" solo that opens the Christmas Eve service; the choir director doesn't tell them who he has selected to actually sing the solo until a few seconds before the service begins, so all the boys stay in top shape and none of them gets too nervous beforehand.

I'll have to see the Lemony Snicket movie myself, just for the pleasure of imagining Marsipanne in the role. (Marsi, you should Photoshop yourself into a still from the movie and post it for us!)

-Z.
