Yikes, hopefully things work out okay for your friend. I got an IUD almost a year ago when I was still dating my ex. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Babies are not for me....at least not for at least another 4 years.

ohhh IUD scare me after teaching AP for 2.5 years.. I heard some of the horror stories from them.

So far the only horror was getting the thing in. And I get cramps now, never did before.
